Head of Quality Assurance for Education, Learning, and Research Programs, 2024 – now
- Designed education and training programs based on needs analysis research involving Educational Technology students and alumni, resulting in four training activities, two online seminars, and five university partnerships.
- Published whitepapers and program impact reports for stakeholders, leading to proposed curriculum and training updates for undergraduate Educational Technology students pursuing careers as instructional designers in the private sector.
- Organized a training program development team to conduct intensive research on prospective participant needs, achieving satisfaction on topic relevance and skill alignment among 136 of 170 participants.
- Audited the performance of ETCL program implementation against organizational roadmaps and key performance indicators, achieving a 30 percent ROI and meeting 8 of 12 KPIs in the first year of execution.

Small & contract-based project
- Karya PPG UM Website, Developing a website aimed at showcasing the work of prospective teacher students at Malang State University. Using the NextJS framework and an Excel database. The website was developed together with a team of five members. I myself was the core engineer in the areas of database and web development.
- Pameran Karya Teknologi Pendidikan SAAS, Pameran Karya Teknologi Pendidikan (PKTEP) merupakan kegiatan pameran akademik berbasis hybrid (luring dan daring) yang bertujuan untuk menampilkan karya, produk, dan hasil penelitian mahasiswa di bidang Teknologi Pendidikan dari berbagai perguruan tinggi di Indonesia.
